As I continue to tick off my ever-growing list of getaway destinations, I won’t be gatekeeping any - especially not this one. The Little Tin Shed is just 1.5 hours from Auckland city and only 5 minutes from Mangawhai township. The cabin looks out over beautiful green pasture and is the perfect place to disconnect from the real world, to enjoy the simple things with a book in hand.

It’s Euro summer, and the majority of us are ditching this brutal New Zealand winter for clearer skies. Despite being immensely jealous that I won’t be partaking in the European sunshine this year, I thought I would share my top tips and must-sees in Paros, Santorini, Rome and Paris.

I spent six beautiful days with my best friend exploring Queenstown and the surrounding areas, drinking wine (plenty of it), eating great food and visiting the best both unseen and tourist hot spots.
